Winter Texans Volunteers:
 

Volunteers stay at our camp in their own RV with water, electric, and hook ups. These facilities are provided in exchange for each person contributing 20 hours of work each week.

Weekly group activities include game night, potlucks, Saturday Evening Open Mic and various field trips.

Sewing Ministry

The sewing ministry is a place where volunteers come and make quilts for people of all ages. These blankets are distributed to people along the border (state-side or into Mexico) who have a need for them. Some are given out through the clothing ministry.

Individuals as well as churches donate all of the material that is used to make the quilts.

Needs:

• Batting
• Quilting material (1 yard or larger)
